We would like to invite you to our Easter trail this Holy Week.
Follow the clues on our family trail to find out more of the Easter Story, answering questions and collecting letters along the way.
The Trail is available between:
10 am Thursday 1st April
and
6pm Monday 5th April
Prizes can be collected on Sat 3rd of April:
11am - 12.30pm or 3pm - 4pm
(see below for prize collection outside of these times)
You will also need the quiz sheet which will be available from the porch of MMURC on Oak Road or you can download one to your phone right here.
You will need to follow our map to get you started, though the clues will help you find the exact point you need. Please either print this map before or download it to your phone.
The trail is a short walk around a central band of Matlock, in the middle of the trail you will find yourself on Sheriff fields where there is a small park and a large area to play or have a picnic. The route generally stays off busy roads but please be careful as you travel around.
If your trailers have very little legs then it is possible to do the trail in parts using the downloadable resources, just make sure you follow numerically in order even if you only do it in snippets.

Covid-19 : The trail takes you by peoples homes so please be mindful and encourage the children not to touching their gates etc, there will not be sanitizer at each point so please carry some with you as we all know that we will struggle to stop the children touching the posters. When collecting your prize please be mindful of social gathering rules, if someone is in front of you please queue sensibly in the carpark.
